The zoo is open seven days a week, from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., from Queen's Day in May until Thanksgiving. During the winter season, the zoo is open during the holiday season and school break. We recommend that you always check the updated schedule on our website before your visit.
No. The zoo is open without reservations for regular visits. However, if you are coming as a group or would like a guided tour, please contact us at reservation@millerzoo.ca.
During the summer season, guided tours can be booked. To have access to a private guide, you must be a group of at least 20 people or meet the requirements. *No guided tours take place during construction weeks. Please contact us at reservation@millerzoo.ca.
E-tickets are available online at www.boutiquemillerzoo.ca. You can also purchase tickets directly at the zoo ticket office during your visit.
The length of your visit depends on your pace, but it's entirely possible to spend a whole day here walking the trails and attending the educational snacks offered throughout the day.
Yes, of course. Picnic tables are available on site. You will also find drinks and food on site.
Please note: the water is not drinkable. Remember to bring enough water with you.
No. Our animals follow a specific diet tailored to their needs. It is therefore important not to feed them.
No. Pets are not allowed on the zoo grounds. Pets are also not allowed to be left in vehicles in the parking lot.
Yes, Miller Zoo is wheelchair accessible. However, the trails are not paved, which may affect the experience depending on the condition and type of wheelchair. We welcome many wheelchair users every year. Four-wheel scooters are available for rent.
For now, there is only one charging station available in our parking lot for electric cars.
It is prohibited to spend the night in the zoo parking lot.
